We make every effort to ship the products you have ordered within 1 to 4 business days. In the unusual event that the shipping delay will be longer than 5-6 days, we will notify you by e-mail, give you an expected date of arrival or production of the product and ask you for instructions on what you want us to do. (Cancel the order or wait) .

In peak periods (August, Christmas, Easter) the above days are likely to increase.

In any case, we have no responsibility for any delays that are not due to us. If you are expecting a parcel from us and have not received it within five working days, please contact us.

You will be asked to sign for the receipt of the parcel.

Items are shipped only if they have been paid for in advance, unless it is Cash on Delivery. Parcels are only sent if you have given us a contact phone number, as well as an e-mail.

For cash on delivery orders, we sometimes confirm the order by phone. Any cash on delivery orders that do not have a phone number and e-mail, or if we do not manage to contact you within 2-3 days to confirm the order, will not be sent.

Even if you have not chosen cash on delivery for the shipment of your order, it is necessary to give us a contact phone number in the morning hours (10:00 am - 3:30 pm) so that the courier or carrier can contact you for the delivery of the package, or so that we can find you in the event of a problem.

The products we ship are always in excellent condition. We make every effort to pack the parcels very carefully and in reinforced packaging, so that the products are transported safely and without loss. In the unusual case that during transport your parcel arrives with obvious damage, please do not receive it by telling the courier or the carrier that you refuse to receive it because it looks damaged.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system. In some rare cases, when the calculation of the transport costs is wrong, or in the case that the courier considers your area "unreachable", we will inform you by email or by phone about the difference in the transport costs that will arise. Returns are only accepted if the product shipped has a problem. · We have the will and experience to respond in the best possible way to your expectations.

The calculation is done on the order form, according to the postcode of the delivery, before you complete it. If the wrong postcode is entered then shipping costs will not be calculated correctly.

Charges

Orders paid by credit card or by deposit to our bank account are sent by ACS, ELTA Courier in case the postal code is not in an accessible area, otherwise the shipment is made only by ELTA COURIER.

In the event that your area is hard to reach according to the ACS catalog and you only want to ship with it, the package will be picked up either from the nearest courier store or there will be a different charge price according to the courier's price list.

Orders paid by cash on delivery to ACS/ELTA COURIER have an additional fee of €3.0, regardless of weight.

For example, someone who wants to order a toner that weighs less than 2 kilos, and wants to pay by cash on delivery and shipping with ACS, the total shipping cost is €4.96 + €3.00 = €7.96

In case your order exceeds €450, the shipping costs are free, you are only charged for the cash on delivery costs in case the payment is by cash on delivery. Shipping is done only with ACs and ELTA COURIER.

The prices include VAT.

Available for shipment 4-10 days: Refers to products that are in the warehouse of one of our suppliers from abroad and are received by the store in 4 to 10 working days from the date of the order and are sent to the customer. In the event that the supplier's warehouse gives us the wrong availability, you are immediately informed of the delivery date.

 

On Order up to 30 days

On Order up to 30 days: Refers to products that are in the warehouse of a supplier from abroad and are received by the store in 30 working days from the date of the order and sent to the customer. Usually the delivery to your place takes place from 30-45 days from the day of your order. In the event that the supplier's warehouse gives us the wrong availability or the wrong delivery date, you will be informed immediately.
