1. Deposit to a bank account.

If you don't have a credit card or if you can't easily be at home during the hours we deliver, you can pay for your order via bank account.

When you make a transfer via ETHNIKI or EUROBANK or ALPHA BANK to our account in Piraeus, you must add +€4 TRANSFER FEE to the amount you will deposit. The same applies from ETHNIKI or EUROBANK to ALPHA BANK.

Send us the copy of the bank payment order by email to info@inktoner.gr . As soon as we receive the copy, we ship your order.

 

2. By Cash on Delivery.

Pay for your order with delivery to your location. You will receive the products at your home (or wherever else you wish) by paying upon receipt the cost of the products, the cost of transportation and the costs of cash on delivery. Please make sure you have provided a landline phone number for communication and order confirmation, as well as an e-mail. Orders we cannot confirm are not shipped.

This payment method is not available for orders:

Above €500 (including VAT) for individuals (retail receipt) and

Above €500 (before VAT) for professionals/businesses (sales invoice).

3. Collection and Payment at our store

Place your order from inktoner.gr until 14.00 and receive your products the next working day from our store.

If you choose to pay by credit card, you must be present when receiving your order with your credit card and ID. In this case (i.e. payment by credit card) the receipt of the order by a third party is not allowed. For store pickup, the credit card holder must present their credit card and ID. The same applies if you order on behalf of a company. In this case the card should be corporate and the recipient's name should be written on the card.

4. By Credit / Debit card.

The online store www.inktoner.gr accepts all Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners credit cards through the Redirection service of Piraeus Bank.

Through the Redirection service, the company's site is supported and protected by the cardholder certification services "Verified by Visa" (for transactions with a Visa card) and "Mastercard SecureCode" (for transactions with Mastercard and Maestro cards). In the (secure) order form, fill in all the necessary fields (card number, expiry date and issuing bank). American Express cardholders should also fill in the start date.
