All online store product prices do not include installation unless otherwise stated on the product page.
The transport costs are not included in the listed prices of the products and are borne by the customer and vary, depending on the way of shipping - receiving the product purchased, according to what is mentioned below, under (4)

4. Stages of execution of your order.

5. Shipping methods – Shipping costs. Availability.

The shipment - receipt of the product you purchased can be carried out with the following alternatives:

Delivery by Courier usually takes place within 1-2 working days from the approval of your order and if there is availability of the ordered products.
In any case, shipping costs are determined based on the size and weight of your package. Special courier services such as morning delivery, Saturday delivery, etc. are charged extra. In case you choose shipping with ACS, and your region is a PO according to the official ACS catalog at https://www.acscourier.net/el/myacs/ta-ergaleia-mou/anazitisi-perioxwn/    the receipt of parcel will be either from the nearest ACS store or there will be a different charge price according to the ACS price list, in case you want it to be sent only with ACS. Otherwise, the shipment will be made by ELTA - COURIER (GREECE POST OFFICES) without any additional charge.

b. Collection from our offices.
In any case, you can pick up your order from our management office, after consultation and checking the availability of the products.

Usually the delivery to your place takes place from 2-3 days from the day of your order.

Available to ship 1-3 days

Available for shipment 1-3 days: Refers to products that are not immediately available in the store, but are in the warehouse or at a supplier and are picked up by the store in 1 to 3 days from the date of the order and sent to the customer. Usually the delivery to your place takes place from 2-4 days from the day of your order. In the event that the supplier's warehouse gives us the wrong availability, you will be informed immediately.

Available to ship 4-10 days

Available for shipment 4-10 days: Refers to products that are in the warehouse of one of our suppliers from abroad and are received by the store in 4 to 10 working days from the date of the order and are sent to the customer. Usually the delivery to your place takes place from 5-12 days from the day of your order. In the event that the supplier's warehouse gives us the wrong availability, you are immediately informed of the delivery date.

Upon Order up to 30 days

On Order up to 30 days: Refers to products that are in the warehouse of a supplier from abroad and are received by the store in 30 working days from the date of the order and sent to the customer. Usually the delivery to your place takes place from 30-45 days from the day of your order. In the event that the supplier's warehouse gives us the wrong availability or the wrong delivery date, you will be informed immediately.

6.Methods of Payment

a. By deposit to our bank account.
After depositing the money please contact us by phone or e-mail and inform us about the deposit by sending us the receipt. When filing, put your name in the payee information.

b. Cash on delivery
The option to pay the price by cash on delivery is only available for orders placed with a Courier company. The cash on delivery amount will include both the price of your order and the courier company's fee for the transfer.

c. With cash

d. By credit and debit cards.

7. Issuance of documents.

All our products are received from our suppliers packaged. In the event that a proven defective product is found, the customer reserves the right to return the product after consultation on the method of return, and after confirmation of the defect, we replace the product for you.

9. Delay in order execution.

11. Right of withdrawal – Refund.

After receiving the product, you have the right to withdraw, without any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days, returning it to its original condition, at your sole expense, the return costs. Along with the product, you should send us both the document that has been issued (receipt or invoice) and any written warranty of the product.

In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, we return the price of the product you paid, within 30 calendar days. .

12. Warranty.

For the guarantee of the products, it is necessary to show the receipt or the purchase invoice as well as your police ID if requested by our store. In case of product damage and as long as your warranty is valid, as stated on the site, you can contact us for its replacement or repair. Inktoner will inform you of the availability of the product or part required to correct the defect, as well as the expected delivery time.
In case of unavailability of the spare part in our warehouse, the delivery time is usually 7 working days, if it is available at our supplier. If the defective product cannot be repaired, a condition for its replacement with another one is to return it to our warehouse.
It is the customer's responsibility to check before using - installing the spare part product that he has just received and to make sure of its completeness and the completeness of its parts. In case of damage or missing parts, you should contact our company immediately. Inktoner is not responsible for the exhaustion or deletion of products from its suppliers. Products that have already been repaired or damaged by the use of non-genuine or incorrect spare parts are not covered by the warranty.
